Or so I think... William and I felt like attempting to create a mix of lasagna/ratatouille. We used layers of eggplant, squash, and tomato. We also used two types of sheep cheese: etorki (that's a cool name!) and mancheuga (I think I misspelt that one). We put thinly sliced potatoes on the top. It actually tastes really delicious; it's just not filling. It has to be eaten with bread or something. lol
Then I decided to wear my pretty apron and make a lemon/raspberry pound cake. It turned out beautiful, but while it was cooling, it flopped. It made me want to cry!!! The outside was a little more brown than I would like, and the flopping made it mushy on the inside. I'm saddened, but hopefully my next attempt will turn out even more pretty. One positive happened... it tastes yummy!!!
You are making me hungry! That pound cake sounds soo yummy. I suppose i better drink my protien shake now :( ..lol Your vegitable lasagna sounds like a pretty healthy option- i should try making one sometime.
