The Eight Article of Faith states: We believe the bible to be the word of God, as far as it is translated correctly. We also believe the Book of Mormon to be the word of God. As I thought about explaining translation to four-year-olds, I realized that I could mix up letters and let them 'translate' theirselves. Then I could explain that sometimes people changed up groups of words to confuse others and make the bible say things they wanted it to say. The Book of Mormon is translated correctly, and we can use it as a guide to help us with the bible. Which is exactly what we'll do when we 'translate' the scrambled words!
