My Motivation


Snobunny did a blog about her motivation for the gym. It was so inspirational that I must blog a response of my goal. She is very correct. For staying motivated, continuous goals are a must. Previously, I had lost over 40 pounds and was doing great. I went through some challenging things and put it all back on. My new goal is to go back to that size but be more toned while that size. I need muscles this time around! I'm half way there. I weighed in at 143.2 today! I've lost 25.6 pounds now! So this is my motivational picture that keeps me going to the gym. Not to mention the new clothes I still need to take pictures of... Good luck on finding your motivation!

  1. 25 lbs is so amazing!! I know you are going to make it to your goal and look even better than before 'cause those muscles make all the difference. Just keep it up and you are going to get there! You have gotten past that first hump of really getting started so now you just have to keep it up. I'm so proud of you :)
